In the case of sensitive skin, even the friction of the foam formed during cleansing can cause irritation. The gel reduces this friction, which allows it to soothe the skin without causing irritation. 
The gel has a neutral acidity level (5.5 pH), thanks to which it helps to normalize and maintain a healthy skin balance, strengthens the natural protective barrier of the skin, and also neutralizes the aggressive effects of running water. 
Method of application: Apply a small amount of gel to the wet skin of the face and gently massage, rinse thoroughly with warm water.
