Shipping Policy
We ship our orders from South Korea every Friday and we received orders on Wednesday or Thursday of each week.
​
After orders are at our Office in Dar-es-Salaam, we send notification messages and Emails to our customers.
​
You can either pick up your order at our offices and have us deliver it to your address.
Return & Exchange Policy
We only receive returns and exchange of default products. If the product is of good quality and condition as described on our website, but you want to return or change it, you will be required to pay a shipping fee (From Korea to Tanzania + Tax)
